The NYSC Administrative Intern will support day-to-day administrative and operational activities, maintain records, manage correspondence, support HR and administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, dispatch, courier coordination).
  • Support HR functions such as staff documentation, filing, and updating employee records.
  • Support inventory/store management and proper record-keeping of items.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments when required.
  • Support facility management tasks and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of Second-Class Upper from an accredited university.
  • B.Sc. in a numerical/quantitative course.
  • Currently Serving (NYSC Batch A, 2026).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
