• Monitor assigned digital banking channels and track daily activities.
• Identify, document, and report channel issues, failed transactions, and exceptions.
• Support the monitoring and improvement of digital products and customer experience.
• Track recurring issues and follow up on their resolution.
• Prepare monitoring reports and provide insights from channel activities.
• Support other product and channel-related initiatives as required.

• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member in Lagos.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in technology, digital banking, and financial products.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant digital tools.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
