The NYSC Corps Member will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, business development, and administration. This role involves assisting with candidate sourcing, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes.

• Assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.
• Screen CVs and schedule interviews.
• Conduct research on job roles and industries.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes.
• Assist in managing company emails and calendars.
• Follow up with candidates and clients professionally.
• Maintain recruitment databases and records.

• Minimum of a B.Sc degree.
• Currently serving or about to begin NYSC.
• Posted to Lagos or willing to relocate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude and ability to multitask.
• Must reside around Ogudu and its axis.
• Previous experience in HR, customer service, administration, or sales is an advantage.
