We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Intern for the duration of the one-year mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in 2026. This role is ideal for a serving corps member or a recent graduate who is passionate about customer experience, communication, and service delivery. The intern will support daily customer service operations and gain hands-on workplace experience. This is an on-site position based in Mile 2, Lagos.

Location: Mile 2, Lagos
Eligibility: Must be a current NYSC corps member seeking PPA placement

• Attend to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Provide accurate information about company services and processes
• Support customer request tracking and resolution follow-up
• Maintain customer records and service logs
• Assist with call, email, and walk-in customer support
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Support customer satisfaction and service improvement initiatives

• Degree/HND in any related field
• Must be a current NYSC corps member seeking PPA placement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
• Must reside in or close to Mile 2, Lagos
