The IT Intern will provide technical support, assist with IT-related functions, and contribute to daily technology operations while learning from experienced professionals within the organisation’s IT department.

Ariosh is seeking motivated NYSC corps members to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. The organization offers practical exposure to IT support and technology functions for computer science graduates currently serving or pre-mobilized within their Victoria Island office.

• Provide first-line IT support to staff and resolve basic technical issues
• Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance
• Support network connectivity checks and peripheral device setup
• Help manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions
• Contribute to IT documentation and inventory tracking processes
• Learn and apply best practices in cybersecurity and data protection
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and installations
• Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets and service requests

• Currently serving or pre-mobilized for NYSC
• Computer Science graduate or related IT discipline
• Passion for information technology and continuous learning
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for user support
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong team player mentality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage
• Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting
• Willingness to work on-site in Victoria Island during service year
