Job Description

A Human Resource Consulting Firm is presently sourcing for an *OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT* for immediate employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting, sending mail, answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
• Organize and maintain files, create filing systems, and dispose of files.
• Create and maintain record keeping systems.
• Taking and delivering messages.
• Ensuring the office runs smoothly at all times.
• Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
• ⁠Run official errands for the management.
• ⁠Perform other major task as assigned. Etc….

Required Skills

* Perform multiple tasks, sometimes simultaneously.
* Pay close attention to detail.
* Effective communication skill.
* Strong knowledge of computer, printer and copier usage.
* Be organized and able to keep things in order.
* Strong problem solving skill.
* Qualification: minimum of OND
* Experience: 2-3 years 

Note: Male candidates are strongly preferred for work balance and stability.
