Job Description

A company is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining an efficient office environment. The position is based in Ikeja, Lagos.

· Location: Ikeja, Lagos
· Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role is an advantage
· Education: Minimum of SSCE, OND or equivalent qualification

Key Responsibilities

· Provide general administrative support.
· Maintain office files, records, and documents.
· Handle emails and correspondence.
· Ensure the office environment is clean and well-organized.
· Monitor and restock office supplies.

Required Skills

· Minimum of SSCE, OND or equivalent qualification.
· 1–2 years experience in a similar role is an advantage.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email handling).
· Must reside in or around Ikeja.
