• Run daily office admin: filing, records, calls, visitors and correspondence
• Support operations with shipment documents (BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists) and customs paperwork
• Update shipment tracking and respond to client enquiries
• Coordinate with clearing agents, shipping lines, airlines and transporters
• Prepare simple reports and keep office supplies in order

• OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
• Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding or customs clearing is a must
• Good with MS Office, Google Sheets and email
• Organised and reliable, with clear communication skills
• Lives in or near Isolo/Ajao Estate (an advantage)
