A healthcare company based in Omole, Lagos State, is seeking an Office Assistant to support administrative and clerical operations. The company values professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and inquiries appropriately.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the MD, Operations, Sales, and other teams as required.
  • Monitor office supplies and consumables to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Prepare and process requests for office supplies and other administrative needs.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, hygienic, and properly maintained.
  • Coordinate office-related deliveries, dispatches, and transportation arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of office activities, purchases, deliveries, and administrative transactions.
  • Assist with processing invoices, receipts, expense reports, and petty cash transactions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of an SSCE/CND; HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative, clerical, office assistant, receptionist, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
  • Must reside within the Ikeja, Ogba, Ojoju, or surrounding area of Lagos.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, organized, and professional.
  • Must demonstrate good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be willing to perform other reasonable administrative duties as assigned by management.
