We're looking for a friendly Office Assistant to support our team with admin tasks and keep things running smoothly.

Agege, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Admin Support: Handle correspondence, filing, and data entry
  • Office Operations: Manage supplies, facilities, and equipment
  • Communication: Assist with internal and external communications
  • Miscellaneous: Support team with various tasks as needed

Required Skills

  • Education: OND/HND in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience: 0-2 years of admin experience
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Personal Qualities:

    • Proactive and adaptable
    • Team player with a positive attitude
