- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant field.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools).
- Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a retail or office support role is an added advantage.
