Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support daily operations, take orders online, manage data, and handle administrative tasks within our retail organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update, and manage records, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Perform accurate data entry, analysis, and reconciliation.
  • Support daily administrative and office operations.
  • Take and process online orders efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and internal coordination.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools).
  • Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a retail or office support role is an added advantage.
