• Relevant qualification such as ONO, HND, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent professional experience in office administration, operations, or organisational support.
• Minimum of years' proven experience in an administrative support, office management, or operations role.
• Strong understanding of office systems, procedures, and efficient operational workflows

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisation, and multtasking abilities.
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Canva for flyer design and basic content creation for social media is an advantage.
• High attention to detall, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Professional, courteous, and cooperative interpersonal skills.
