Key Responsibilities

  • Handle office correspondence, calls, and emails
  • Manage files and documentation
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and court dates
  • Support lawyers with administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operation

Required Skills

  • Experience as a secretary/administrative assistant (law firm experience is a plus)
  • Strong typing skills
  • Good computer & Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
