The Online Marketer / Virtual Assistant will develop and execute online marketing campaigns, generate leads, manage social media, and support administrative tasks to promote training programs.

• Job Location: Remote (Nigeria)
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Salary: ₦50,000 monthly base payment (to support internet and work-related expenses) + unlimited commission potential

• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to promote training programs.
• Actively generate and nurture qualified leads across multiple online platforms.
• Keep social media pages active with engaging content and regular posts.
• Manage WhatsApp communities and engage prospective students.
• Respond promptly to enquiries from prospects.
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert them into paying students.
• Assist with administrative and virtual assistant tasks as assigned.
• Attend all live training sessions to gain a deep understanding of programs and market them effectively.
• Maintain records of leads, enquiries, and conversions.
• Suggest new marketing ideas and strategies that will increase enrolment.

• Proven experience in online marketing (compulsory).
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and online lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other online platforms for marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Digital Marketer is an added advantage.
