The company is a fast-growing fashion retail business specializing in asoebi, luxury fabrics, and fashion accessories. The company is looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented Online Sales Representative to join the team in Ebute-Metta, Lagos.

• Respond to customer inquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other digital platforms.
• Assist customers with product recommendations, pricing, styles, colours, and accessories.
• Convert online inquiries into sales through effective engagement and follow-up.
• Process orders, confirm payments, and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain proper customer and sales records.
• Follow up on leads and repeat customers to improve sales conversion and retention.

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree.
• 1–2 years experience in online sales, customer service, or retail sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and online selling platforms.
• Interest in fashion and customer-focused retail.
