A leading Oil and Gas in Nigeria is looking for an experienced Onsite Supervisor to manage daily site operations and ensure all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with global oil & gas standards.
This is a hands-on, site-based role for a professional who thrives in safety-critical environments and has strong experience supervising contractors and field operations.

• Supervise and coordinate daily onsite operations
• Enforce HSSE compliance and Nigerian regulatory standards
• Oversee contractors and site personnel
• Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety performance
• Prepare routine site and operational reports
 

• HND/BSc in Engineering or related discipline
• 5–8 years’ onsite supervisory experience in oil & gas or similar industries
• Strong knowledge of HSSE standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• NEBOSH/IOSH/HSE certification
• COREN or NSE registration
