- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Demonstrable interest in technology areas such as kernel, embedded, multimedia, graphics, XR, integration, packaging, web engines, system services, toolkits, etc.
- Skills in C programming and git
- Some familiarity with Rust
- Ideally able to show existing contributions to any Open Source Software project, including participation in its community
- Candidates do not have to be students or recent graduates to apply
