The Operations Analyst will support investment operations, ensuring efficient trade processing, accurate reporting, and smooth day-to-day operational activities in a dynamic asset management firm.

• Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000

Ploutos Asset Management is a growing investment firm focused on delivering tailored asset management solutions and long-term value for clients. The company is building a strong operational foundation and a team committed to excellence, integrity, and innovation.

• Process and monitor trades, ensuring timely and accurate settlement.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of portfolios and accounts.
• Maintain and update client account records and documentation.
• Handle corporate actions (dividends, bonus issues, etc.) and ensure proper allocation.
• Liaise with custodians, brokers, and other counterparties to resolve issues.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary operational documentation.
• Identify gaps in processes and contribute to building efficient operational systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in operations within asset management, banking, or financial services.
• Good understanding of investment operations and financial instruments.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
