Mygeecs helps students and families navigate higher-education admissions. The company is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst/Associate to keep the applicant journey organized, responsive, and data-driven.

• Keep applicant, lead, and application records accurate and up to date in our CRM.
• Coordinate admissions workflows – scheduling, follow-ups, document collection, deadline tracking.
• Track applicant progress from enquiry through enrolment, flagging risks early.
• Build recurring dashboards/reports on conversion, response time, and service performance.
• Support quality checks on application packs before submission.
• Respond to applicant and parent enquiries with clarity and empathy.
• Coordinate with university partners and vendors.
• Spot bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, data, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years in operations, customer support, student services, sales ops, or education consulting.
• Sharp attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple deadlines.
• Strong spreadsheet skills; comfort with CRM/ticketing/reporting tools.
• Clear communicator with sound judgment.
