The Operations and Delivery Associate will serve as the operational engine driving daily preparation, movement, organization, and delivery of creative projects. Acting as the bridge between Creative Directors, Master Control, Editors, and client stakeholders, you ensure projects reach the finish line flawlessly.

  • Job Location: Epe, Lagos (On-site)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: ₦150,000/month
  • Must reside in Epe, Lagos (or have immediate relocation plans)

About the Company

ProVA is a creative startup connecting talented individuals with exciting opportunities to support U.S.-based businesses with performance marketing services. The creative team produces high-converting ads that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. The company values innovation, efficiency, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Workflow Management (Producer Track)

  • Asset Readiness: Confirm creative assets are 100% ready before execution begins. Ensure briefs, assets (footage, logos, copy), formats, ratios, and internal/external deadlines are clearly defined and assigned.
  • Asset Movement: Own the forward momentum of projects from kickoff to delivery. Track daily progress, follow up when work stalls, keep platform statuses completely accurate, and ensure final assets are delivered correctly.
  • Editor & Team Coordination: Protect editors from conflicting instructions while holding them accountable to timelines. Identify early when an editor is stuck, delayed, or misaligned, and route technical or creative questions to the right stakeholders.
  • Creative Delivery Checks: Act as the first line of defense before external review. Conduct basic quality checks to ensure the output matches the brief, formats/dimensions are correct, links work, and there are no glaring errors.

Operations Support & Execution

  • Daily Syncs & Reporting: Run syncs and reports to ensure no project is left without a clear owner, status, and next action.
  • Risk Mitigation & Escalation: Spot delivery risks early. Instead of reporting a delay as it happens, actively flag risks with clear context (problem-impact-solution).
  • Process Optimization: Learn, execute, and enforce ProVA's internal operating systems to optimize for maximum efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on project management or creative agency production experience.
  • Location: Must reside in Epe, Lagos (or have immediate relocation plans).
  • Ownership Mindset: You don't wait for problems to be reported; you actively chase updates and create clarity.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot a missing logo, a bad export, or a broken permission link from a mile away.
  • Tool Familiarity: Comfortable working daily with AI and productivity tools.

Other Benefits

  • World-Class Training: Intensive hands-on training in performance marketing frameworks, modern AI integrations, and agency operating systems.
  • Global Exposure: Direct portfolio-building experience working on high-budget performance campaigns for international U.S. client accounts.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work onsite alongside dedicated technical builders, high-performing editors, and operational leaders.
  • Comprehensive Health Insurance (HMO).
  • 13th-month salary.
  • 10 working days of paid leave per year.
  • Birthday off.
