The company operates a bid pipeline requiring coordination across opportunities, subcontractors, and compliance documentation. This role sits at the centre of that pipeline, supporting the company's federal contracting operations from its Lagos base.

• Screen daily opportunities on SAM.gov
• Conduct 40+ outreach calls per week to US roofing companies
• Vet subcontractors and build compliance checklists
• Assemble 3+ bids per month
• Track deadlines, payroll compliance, and reports

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent written and spoken English (for US calls)
• 1+ year as a VA or Coordinator for US/UK/CA clients
• Strong Excel/Sheets, Google Workspace, and AI tools skills
• Own laptop, headset, and backup power/internet (40Mbps+)
• Bonus: Government contracting, construction, or cold calling experience
