Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities – Document Control:

  • Maintain an organized document management system for operational, regulatory, and company records.
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed, updated, and accessible.
  • Manage document version control and tracking.
  • Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of operational documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company records.

Key Responsibilities – Operations Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal documentation for projects, procurement, and operations.
  • Assist in preparing operational records for regulatory compliance and inspections.
  • Monitor operational documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities – Coordination & Reporting:

  • Track operational documentation and ensure timely submission of required reports.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between operations, procurement, and management.
  • Support the Operations Manager in documentation for contracts, vendor records, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities – Compliance & Record Management:

  • Ensure operational records comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation required for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in operations support, document control, or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of document management and record-keeping systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in oil & gas downstream is mandatory.
