• Oversee warehouse and field operations for commodity intake, processing, storage, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile inventory using digital systems.
• Optimize logistics, manpower, and resources to minimize losses and delays.
• Coordinate and validate all export documentation (Proforma Invoice, Bill of Lading, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, NEPC/NAQS documentation, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian export regulations and international trade laws.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years experience in agricultural trading, logistics, or export operations.
• Strong experience in cashew export; working knowledge of hibiscus and soybeans.
• Deep understanding of export documentation, warehouse management, and trade compliance.
• Proven leadership and multi-site operations management experience.
• Experience using ERP, CRM, or trade management systems.
