A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day foreign exchange operations at its Bureau De Change (BDC) while ensuring full compliance with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong expertise in forex operations, regulatory compliance, and operational leadership within the financial services sector.

• Manage daily BDC operations and foreign exchange transactions.
• Ensure full compliance with CBN, AML/CFT, and KYC regulations.
• Monitor currency inventory and coordinate with banks for procurement.
• Strengthen risk controls, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead, train, and supervise operations staff.
• Maintain accurate financial and operational reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services, preferably in banking, forex, or BDC operations.
• Strong knowledge of CBN regulations and banking systems.
• Leadership capability, analytical thinking, and high integrity.
