• Curate gift boxes and scent packages tailored to client needs
• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience
• Oversee order fulfilment and operational processes
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Manage distributors, stock levels, and market coverage
• Coach and develop sales and operations teams
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years' sales experience (gifting/scent industry preferred)
• Strong communication, sales, and client management skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in gift curation
