Job Description

Waysdrop, a growing logistics tech startup, is looking for an Operations Officer to support daily company operations, procurement, vendor management, and internal workflow coordination. 
 

The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, organized, and able to support daily operations across procurement, vendor management, digital tools, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Use digital tools/software to track inventory, manage records, and organize documents.
- Support backend operational workflows and help departments resolve process challenges.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and operational needs.
- Manage and negotiate with vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate company activities, meetings, and events.
- Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems (invoices, receipts, POs, etc.)
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and general administrative tasks.
- Prepare basic reports, purchase lists, and updates for management.
- Assist with other tasks or projects as required
 

Required Skills

- BSc in Business Admin, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in operations/admin roles (startup/logistics experience is an advantage)
- Strong ability to use digital tools, software, and tech-enabled workflows.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to support internal teams in resolving workflow issues
