Job Description

The Operations Officer (NYSC Intern) will support daily operational activities and transaction processing, maintain accurate records, assist with account maintenance and reconciliation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Salary: ₦140,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational activities and transaction processing.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
  • Assist with account maintenance, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Currently serving as an NYSC Corps Member.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or any related Social Science discipline.
  • Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
