The Optometrist will conduct comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose and manage eye conditions, prescribe visual aids, maintain accurate patient records, and support the growth of the eye care unit.

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
• Diagnose and manage eye conditions and refractive errors.
• Prescribe spectacles, contact lenses, and other visual aids as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records on the clinic's ECMS.
• Educate patients on eye health, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Ensure proper follow-up and continuity of care for all patients.
• Support the growth and development of the eye care unit.

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from a recognized institution.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Valid and current practicing license.
• Prior experience in an eye clinic or eye clinic management is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Electronic Clinic Management Systems (ECMS) and electronic medical records.
• Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
