The Order Fulfillment Manager will oversee end-to-end order fulfilment from processing to dispatch, supervise and coordinate the fulfilment team, manage order scheduling and packaging quality control, and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

• Job Location: Amuwo Odofin GRA, Lagos
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm)
• Salary: ₦180,000 (After Probation: ₦200,000)

• Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment from processing to dispatch.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate the fulfilment team.
• Manage order scheduling, prioritization, and packaging quality control.
• Coordinate with dispatch and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate fulfillment records.
• Monitor performance, enforce operational procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement.

• Proven (2 years) experience in order fulfilment, logistics, or operations supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
