Job Description

Opportunities exist for passionate, driven, and resilient individuals to apply for the Packaging Technical Trainee Program 2026. This 18-month program is designed to supply a pipeline of packaging talents for AB InBev's future management resources. It provides great opportunities for eligible employees to grow both personally and professionally, and to establish networks and communities of practice from around the world. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the required technical and management skills to be appointed to a permanent position within the organization. The role is based in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

· Demonstrate knowledge of the Packaging plant and process, and the possible impact of packaging on product quality
· Demonstrate knowledge of the supply chain from warehouse to customer and trade quality implications
· Identify problems or potential problems and facilitate problem solving and decision making
· Maintain personal competence and flexibility, and manage quality at source
· Conduct autonomous maintenance asset care activities
· Operate and control the process according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
· Apply 5S standards and practices in the workplace
· Demonstrate knowledge of the production and supply of utilities within a brewery, and of instrumentation and control use in the packaging process
· Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
· Help develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Work Instructions
· Operate manual and automatic machines on line as per standards
· Pursue continuous improvement in processes and activities within area of scope
· Use Quality Failure Reports (QFRs) and execute 5 WHY analyses as per triggers, collaborating with team members to deploy corrective actions
· Contribute towards AB reports as required
