This is a fully remote role with flexible hours. We're starting at around 15 hours per week, but there's room to grow into full-time (~$2k+/month). You'll be working directly with the founder, so things move fast, and there's no corporate red tape.

• Job Location: Remote
• Employment Type: Part-Time (starting ~15 hours/week, potential to grow to full-time)
• Pay: $10+ per hour (depending on experience) + performance bonuses based on ROAS/CPI targets

• Handle Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok campaigns end-to-end.
• Set up campaigns, test creatives (UGC, hooks, angles), build audiences.
• Scale what works and cut what doesn't.
• Look at data, make adjustments, and run new tests.
• Help ensure tracking is set up properly (pixels/events).
• Share simple weekly performance updates.

• 1–3+ years of hands-on Meta ads experience (actual campaign management, not boosting).
• 6–12 months running TikTok ads.
• Comfortable working with numbers (CPA, CPI, ROAS) and making data-driven decisions.
• Clear communication in English.

Nice to Have (Big Plus)

• Experience with Twitter/X or Reddit ads.
• Worked in fintech or crypto.
• Strong experience with creative testing/UGC.
