- Commercially minded and motivated by turning conversations into concrete outcomes.
- Confident initiating conversations with people and organisations you do not already know.
- Persistent without being pushy — you follow up and keep momentum moving.
- Strong written communication and able to write concise, persuasive outreach and proposals.
- Comfortable researching organisations and identifying why a partnership could make sense before contacting them.
- Highly organised and disciplined about CRM, follow-ups and next actions.
- Comfortable discussing money, sponsorship packages and commercial terms.
- Able to build genuine long-term relationships rather than simply sending high-volume cold outreach.
- Proactive and able to work with significant autonomy.
