• Salary: ₦94,000 – ₦110,000 monthly

• Design and prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods
• Develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menu items
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry products
• Oversee daily baking operations and coordinate with kitchen staff
• Manage inventory of baking ingredients and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the pastry kitchen
• Monitor baking processes and ensure adherence to food safety regulations
• Train and supervise pastry assistants and junior bakers

• Relevant qualifications with 3 years experience
