• Create exceptional pastries, desserts, and confectioneries including croissants, brownies, waffles, cakes, bread, cookies, ice cream, and yogurt-based items
• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety
• Prepare and bake consistently using precise techniques
• Manage inventory and support kitchen workflow efficiency
• Uphold hygiene and food safety best practices

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker
• Strong knowledge of baking and pastry preparation techniques
