Our client is seeking to hire a talented, creative, and experienced Pastry Chef to join their culinary team. The organization is dedicated to delivering high-quality pastries, cakes, breads, and other baked goods.

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, and confectioneries.
• Develop and introduce new pastry recipes and seasonal menu offerings.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all baked products.
• Monitor inventory levels and order baking ingredients as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic pastry kitchen in line with food safety standards.
• Properly operate and maintain baking equipment.
• Minimize waste while ensuring efficient use of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a reputable restaurant, hotel, bakery, or hospitality establishment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry production, and dessert presentation.
• Ability to create a variety of pastries and desserts with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Creative, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
