The People, Culture & Administration Associate will support the effective delivery of people, culture, and administrative functions aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, enquiries, calls, and employee support.
  • Support facility management, office administration, hygiene, and safety.
  • Coordinate content for the Humans of LEAP Africa social media page.
  • Manage training room bookings and social media activities.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Assist with inventory, vendor coordination, and office administration.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year experience in administration, facilities management, office operations, people support, social media support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-oriented approach.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory, vendor coordination, front desk support, and office administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting events, meetings, employee engagement, or welfare activities is an added advantage.
