• Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Track projects, metrics, and deadlines
• Handle confidential information and ad-hoc tasks

• Bachelor’s/HND (technical or science background is a plus)
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders, preferably within manufacturing, corporate, or other structured environments
• Proficient in MS Office & Google Suite
• Detail-oriented, organized, fast, and strong problem-solving skills
