Job Description

A Strategy Consulting Executive is seeking a smart, organized, and digitally inclined Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate must be proactive, comfortable with digital tools, and able to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced consulting environment. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Asokoro, Abuja.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the executive’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
· Handle emails and coordinate virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
· Prepare reports and other necessary documents when required.
· Coordinate meetings and take notes or minutes when necessary.
· Maintain organized digital and physical records.
· Assist with research and administrative tasks related to consulting work.

Required Skills

· Must live in Abuja and be able to work on-site in Asokoro.
· Proficiency with digital tools, including email management and virtual meeting platforms.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work proactively and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
· Added Advantage: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
