Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to provide executive and administrative support in a fast-paced consulting and marketing environment. This hybrid role requires you to be onsite 3 days a week in Ajah, Lagos.

  • Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
  • Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
  • Salary: ₦150,000 Net + Performance-Based Benefits (Data, Airtime, Fashion & Food)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Deliver excellent client and guest experience (virtual & in-person).
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and follow-ups professionally.
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with basic financial or legal administrative tasks.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • B.Sc. from a recognized institution.
  • Background or exposure in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Tech/IT is an added advantage.
