Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Draft, edit, and manage professional communications, emails, and documents.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and the fashion space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Reliable internet connection and personal transportation.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across West Africa Time (WAT) and Central Standard Time (CST) schedules.
  • Available for occasional in-person support on a quarterly basis.
