We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support an Interior Designer. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating with clients and vendors, and handling administrative tasks.

• Manage the designer's schedule, meetings, and correspondence
• Assist with client coordination, proposals, and presentations
• Organize project documents, samples, and approvals
• Handle administrative tasks, follow-ups, and vendor communication
• Support day-to-day operations to keep projects running smoothly

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in a related discipline
• Two (2) years experience as an EA or PA
• Close proximity to VI, Lekki, or Lagos Island
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Preferably a Female
