Job Description

We are recruiting a Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in Lagos. The role requires a highly organised individual who can manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities with professionalism and discretion. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos.

Location: Lagos
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate communications and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with document preparation and administrative tasks
  • Support general organisation of the executive's day-to-day activities

Required Skills

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High level of discretion and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • International academic exposure is an advantage
