Job Description

We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the MD's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
  • Screen and manage calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required
  • Organize meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action points
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required
  • Liaise with department heads and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
  • Track tasks and ensure timely follow-up on assignments from the MD
  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and records
  • Ensure the smooth daily operation of the MD's office

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Must be female
  • 2–3 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
