Job Description

A Contemporary men's tailoring brand re-shaping style and craftsmanship seeks a dynamic Personal Assistant to Support the Lead Designer and deliver top-tier client experiences in a fast-paced, creative environment. This position merges back-office administrative support for the Lead Designer with front-line client relationship management. You'll keep all internal workflows running seamlessly while acting as the main point of contact for clients, delivering a premium, white-glove experience that Lives up to our brand's commitment to custom handcrafted tailoring.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Designer Support & Studio Co-ordination 
  2. Oversee the designer's calender: Meetings, fittings, travel and appointments.
  3. Align production schedules, tailor bookings, and vendor meetings.
  4. Keep samples, swatches, mood boards, and creative assets organised.
  5. Document meeting notes and client consultation details.
  6. Assist with Look-book shoots, events, and fashion showcases.
  7. Customer Experience & Client Relations 
  8. Greet and host clients at fittings with warm, professional hospitality.
  9. Handle all clients communication (email, phone, scheduling, follow-up).
  10. Safeguard client measurement, preferences, and personal data.
  11. Track order progress and keep clients updated.
  12. Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering premium service at every touch point.
     

Required Skills

  1. 2-4 years experience as a PA, client services, or front-of-house role
  2. Background in fashion, luxury retail, or hospitality preferred.
  3. Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  4. Passion for menswear and tailoring is a strong plus.
  5. Proficient with Google workspace, Excel, and basic CRM.
  6. Confident, polished, and empathetic with high-profile clients.
  7. Detail-oriented, proactive, with a keen eye for style.
  8. Professional, discreet, and emotionally intelligent.
  9. Flexible to work extra hours for fittings/events.
