• Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate daily records
• Reconcile cash balances, receipts, and ledger entries
• Process approved expenses and ensure proper supporting documentation
• Coordinate petty cash records and replenishment for all nine branch locations
• Prepare scrap customer payment confirmations, invoices, and manual waybills
• Identify and report cash discrepancies or unauthorized transactions

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in petty cash management, cashiering, or accounts support
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Experience in the automotive, FMCG, or manufacturing industry is mandatory
• Strong numerical, reconciliation, organizational, and record-keeping skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability
