As part of a growing healthcare organization, they are seeking a registered pharmacist to lead dispensing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service within their Mainland Lagos facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescription and OTC medications accurately per professional standards.
  • Provide detailed medication counseling on usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
  • Review all prescriptions for accuracy, contraindications, and drug interactions.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and temperature control of pharmaceutical products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce expiry-related waste.
  • Maintain precise records compliant with PCN and healthcare regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor pharmacy assistants/technicians for optimal service delivery.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and drive continuous operational improvements.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution (Mandatory).
  • Current registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) (Mandatory).
  • Minimum of 1–3 years relevant pharmacy experience.
  • Experience in retail or community pharmacy is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practice and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, accuracy, and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to lead a team and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
