- Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
- Completed NYSC, or currently serving with a clear completion date.
- Not more than two to three years post-NYSC.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and written communication ability.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to be based in Akure, Ondo State, and to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Evidence of achievement outside the classroom — projects, internships, leadership, competitions, certifications.
