Plantation Industries Limited is a leading Cocoa Processing Factory in Nigeria based in Akure, Ondo State, right in the heart of Nigeria's cocoa growing belt. The company is an offshoot of Agro Traders Limited, one of Nigeria's largest exporters of cocoa beans.

• Participate in structured rotations across relevant functions.
• Complete a defined project with a measurable outcome presented to management.
• Gain exposure to international standards in food safety, quality, sustainability, and financial control.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
• Completed NYSC, or currently serving with a clear completion date.
• Not more than two to three years post-NYSC.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and written communication ability.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to be based in Akure, Ondo State, and to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Evidence of achievement outside the classroom — projects, internships, leadership, competitions, certifications.
