Noisy Streets is a creative media company seeking a creative and proactive NYSC intern to manage podcast social media presence, grow the community, and drive brand growth.

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media platforms with a consistent, engaging brand voice.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube – from concept to final publish.
• Community Building: Build and nurture the online community through meaningful, day-to-day engagement.
• Guest Coordination: Handle podcast guest submissions and coordinate the entire pipeline from outreach to publishing.
• Newsletters: Write and distribute compelling newsletters to keep the community connected.
• Studio Outreach: Lead client outreach for the studio – identifying prospects, pitching services, and following up.
• Analytics: Track and report on social media and outreach performance metrics.

• Strong video creation and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A creative, proactive mindset – someone who takes initiative without being micromanaged.
• Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
• A strong interest in podcasting, storytelling, or digital media will set you apart.
