- Skills in storytelling, content development, and scriptwriting.
- Proficiency in using podcasting tools, editing software, and relevant digital platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, audience engagement, and podcast promotion strategies.
- Strong project management, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with team members and guests.
- Experience in the publishing, literary, or arts industry is a plus.
- Passion for storytelling and familiarity with African literary and cultural narratives.
