The PR & Communications Associate will develop and execute global brand and PR strategy, secure editorial coverage, lead influencer partnerships, plan brand activations, and drive Founder PR.

• Job Location: Lagos (Remote; office attendance when required, with prior notice)
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm)
• Salary: ₦200,000 per month (excluding commission on secured partnerships)
• Gender: Female preferably

The organisation is recruiting on behalf of a globally relevant contemporary luxury fashion house, dedicated to building desirability and brand presence through strategic PR and communications.

• Develop and execute global brand and PR strategy across key markets.
• Secure high-impact editorial coverage in fashion, lifestyle, and business media.
• Lead influencer partnerships across all tiers from outreach to performance tracking.
• Plan and deliver brand activations, pop-ups, and experiential events.
• Drive Founder PR: interviews, panels, speaking engagements, and media features.
• Deliver weekly/monthly reports on PR coverage, influencer ROI, and brand impact.

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in PR, communications, or brand marketing. Luxury/fashion industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Existing relationships with editors, journalists, and stylists across tier-1 media.
• Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns, gifting, and contract negotiation.
• Exceptional written communication and deck creation skills for pitches and reports.
• Sharp eye for brand aesthetics, cultural relevance, and luxury consumer behavior.
• Highly organized with strong reporting and data analysis skills.
